The knowledge, attitude, perception, and expectation of the learners who are undergoing studies in the open university system/distance education deserve careful investigation. Therefore, it is pertinent to conduct study and analyse data through KAPE inventory, so that the investigators, policy makers, distance teachers, and administrators, can get a clearer picture of the situation, and plan for better teaching and learning environment.
