This presentation is in continuation to the one entitled "English as a Medium of Instruction in Distance Education -1" published in IJOL, Vol 1, No 1, January 1992. Earlier we presented the Case Study of India, and in the present volume we are presenting the Case Studies of three countries, i.e., Mauritius, Nigeria and Zimbabwe.
