Refresher Programme in Distance Education

Abstract

Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education (STRIDE) is premier training institution stationed at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). The basic aim of the STRIDE is conducting capacity building activities in the area of open and distance education. STRIDE strongly believes that capacity building is a capacity sharing activity and practice sharing is caring activity. STRIDE is producing number of people in the area of systemic development of open and distance education by which the trainees adopt and adapt training learning outcomes in their own discipline areas.
