Workshop cum Training for Private Secretaries Posted at Regional Centers of IGNOU

Abstract

Indira Gandhi National Open University is an esteemed organization in the Open and Distance Education in India and throughout the world. Faculty and Staff are the two important pillars of the University. The support staff of IGNOU plays a vital role for its smooth and effective functioning. Private Secretary is a position in which most of the employees at IGNOU have come through promotion. Staff Training and Research Institute of Distance Education (STRIDE) has been conducting training progammes for the employees of the university.
