The post-COVID situation has forced the education system to look beyond traditional learning arrangements. The e-learning mode is flexible, and innovative use of technology also makes it a popular learning platform among GenZ. This paper explores the e-learning adoption intention of GenZ through a model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior. A total of 297 responses were tested using PLS-SEM in SmartPLS (4.0). The findings of the study reveal that all the variables (attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control) influenced the e-learning behavior of the GenZ. ‘Attitude’ was identified as the strongest predictor of e-learning behavior in GenZ. The study contributes to e-learning literature and provides implications for higher education institutions.
