Abstract

With the changing trends, there is a great need for understanding the psychology of learning. Learner has come to the centre stage because of this concern. Hence, to understand the learning psychology, knowledge of instructional design has become a necessary skill for those engaged in generation of the curriculum, content of learning material and integration of media in open and distance learning.
