Abstract

It is my privilege to serve the Indian Journal of Open Learning during the last two decades in various capacities and presently as the Chief Editor. This is the last issue of volume 25 and eventually the last issue of the year 2016. I am pleased to inform that next year, Indian Journal of Open Learning will celebrate silver jubilee and we have a plan to bring out special issues on this occasion for our readers.
